About Theresa Ludwick
Fueled by a relentless sense of curiosity and passion for building relationships, Theresa joined Bia Mindset as the Operations Manager in May 2022.
Her responsibilities include executing successful business strategies for Bia Mindset and their clients, developing efficient operational policies and procedures, and offering day-to-day support to the Founder, Fiona Roberts, Associates and Support Team.
Problem-solving by nature, Theresa enjoys taking ownership to find opportunities for growth despite challenges.
Theresa brings over 30 years of business experience, much of it with supporting senior leaders and most recently, as the US Operations Manager for Lane4 where Fiona and Theresa were colleagues.
Her background is diverse and includes being a former business owner, Event Coordinator at Princeton University, Executive Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team of US Borax and Chemical Corporation, and Executive Assistant to Dr. Annie McKee, Senior Fellow and Director of GSE's Penn CLO Executive Doctoral Program, faculty member with the Penn Med Ed program, and Founder, Teleos Leadership Institute.

The proud daughter of Italian American parents, Theresa’s strong work ethic was instilled at a very young age. Outside of her professional life, she is often found on one of the two exceptional golf courses within the community she and her husband live in. She also enjoys hiking and cycling, spending quality time with her family and friends, and exploring the activities she enjoys beyond her current state of Florida.
